What a week w/e 13/10/19

So full of cold and Leicester Marathon cancelled lost my mojo.

Tried to use garmin coach but not really for me.

So back to basics and get ready for Derby 10 mile race on 17th November 2019.

This one is dedicated to my late dad, as the 16th is his birthday.

With the Eluid Kipchoge world record marathon time of 1hr59m40s, certainly re-lit my fire.

With being turned down for London again, will be entering Manchester 2019.
