Monday weight training

Weight training is just as important as running training.

Especially upper body and core. Plus could do with toning up a bit as well.

Found a handy app too calculate routines for me.

I don’t want gain huge amount of muscle mass just to strengthen tone and loose a few pounds.

Just by losing weight through running is bad as this then can go into muscle being eaten causing injuries. So maintaining a strength routine is just as important.
