Getting back in shape again.

Had the all clear to run again by the doctors earlier n the week.

After 3 weeks or so of no real running or training. Plus having the mother of all colds for about same time as well.

Did 6 and a bit miles and felt so unfit and our of shape. 

Took about 1 hr  10 mins and felt.like I had run a marathon.

So time to get back to basics and work on the base miles, and plenty easy 40 min sessions.

Need to get back on the endurance training ready for next year’s races.
