#REDJANUARY2020 Day 4

Dreadmill and Weight Training

No road running today.

Went too Clifford’s Gym in long eaton.

Completed 40 mins on the dreadmill fortunatly you can watch You Tube videos on it so helps time pass by.

This was followed by a chest and shoulders weight training session.

So I can put my feet up and enjoy a well deserved beer.
