#REDJANUARY2020 DAY 6

So back on it today just a nice easy relaxed 3 miles.

Keeps the legs turning and builds up the endurance.

Simple thing with running is you run slow because it makes you tun faster.

Makes no sence but it really does work.

Personally I love this time of year running.

Nice cool air but still work up a sweat.

Worst thing is trotting by all the takeaways makes you hungry especially when dinner is ready at home !!
