#redjanuary2020 day 13

Well tonight lashing down, with rain, sleet and hail.

So I opted for 30 mins easy recovery on the Dread Mill at Cliffords Gym.

Followed by up body strength session on weights.

Looking at my fellow running fruends they braved the weather.

With storm Brendon blowing 80mph winds great if its behind you not so great running into it.
