#redjanuary 2020 Day 20

So today went for a 30 minute recovery paced run

This was done around the 11 min a mile pace.

Heart rate now looking better as av around 144 bpm mark. Certainky starting to feel like my fitness is coming back.

Towards the end of the route i was slipping all over the place. Frost and ice has started settling in.

Hopefully we won’t get any snow, that ruins all fun and training.
