Had a couple of strength sessions on Monday and Wednesday.
Focusing on upper body and also core strength.
Running wise went too running club on Tuesday and Thursday and got some good quality social running on.
I watched the film The Unknown runner on Amazon as well.
This gave me some hugh inspiration. So took note that one thing they do is run up hill for 20 plus km’s.
So used the treadmill on Wednesday to do 40mins at an easy pace, set to a 5% incline.
Felt the burn so definitely worth doing to help getting legs stronger especially for the hills in Ashby next month.
