What a week

Rain, gale force wind, floods all week.

So spent most of my time on the dread mill.

I did do Kenyan hill reps on Wednesday before work. 20 min warm up.

Then ran up a bill called Bostock Road. Did at a easy pace up and about same pace back down.

Did a round 6 reps before a steady trot home as a cool down.

Thursday was a strange day.

Went Cliffords Gym for chest and back weights.

Was going to do a 40 min recovery on the treadmill how ever felt really hungry and feint.

Saying that felt a bit all over place as not had my ADHD medication for a week because of a technology hic cup and my prescription nit going through.

This has meant I have been extra annoying.

So today went for any easy 4 miles too clear my head which felt good.

It was good to see this strange thing called blue skies and the sun.

Also lost a stone since christmas so 12 stone now.
