RUNNING TRAINING W/E 5/7/2020

Bit cooler this week. Certainly a bit cooler and more comfortable.

Last week of base training. Next week start strength and endurance work.

Enjoyed long run and saw my horse friend from the other week.

Small horse don’t know owns her.

Apart from that pretty easy week.

Clocked up around 32 miles this week.

Smash Run

Tuesday – 30s:180s Intervals

Wednesday – EHR 40

Thursday – short tempo run, 2 Mile Warm up 2 miles around 8m15s per mile pace. 2 Mile Cool Down

Saturday – EHR 50

Sunday 1 hr 30 min long run 10 miles
