So this week building on strength and endurance.
Tuesday was a killer session.
400 meters up hill for and 400 meters recovery.
Repeated 8 times.
My legs where destroyed by the end.
I put it down to being lazy and not doing enough strength work.
Weds & Thursday & Saturday just strait forward, running.
- Easy Heart Rate 40 mins
- Steady 60 mins
- Easy Heart Rate 50 mins
Sunday long run day.
So 90 mins of hill running.
Session went well, nicely controlled.
Maintaining consistent pace all the way round.
So pushing the hills up and let gravity bring me down again. Ready for the next lap.
