Easy 50 mins Running
Today I did 50 minutes of easy running so no faster than 9m15s a mile.
Legs still tired from Sunday’s long run with intervals.
So this was working the slow twitch muscle fibres which are needed for endurance running.
Done at an aerobic pace so energy is used from air and fat in the blood stream.
Fat is primary energy source as slow burning and lasts for ever.
Who said fat is bad, everything has a purpose after all.
I brought some new running shoes, last week.
Super comfy and respond well too.
