Really started to enjoy running again. Light at end of tunnel.
Not lost my mojo, as the enjoyment was always there, just now something to work towards.
Back on race training now races are getting back to some sort of normality.
Now over my virus I picked up (not Covid). Lungs clear and everything is functioning well.
Seen big improvements over last couple of weeks.
Heart rate coming back down on sessions. Pace is getting back on track. Legs feel stronger than ever.
The good news is Derby half has had its date confirmed to 28th November 2021.
This gives plenty of time to get race fit again.
Seeing how the road out of lockdown goes so also looking at maybe a race in August or September time.
So next couple of months be good too get some nice shiny carbon racing shoes.
Racing only not for training.
