Saturday Easy Run

Nice easy 50 minutes of running.

To begin with a nice easy 20 minutes warm up to get blood an oxygen flowing in to muscles.

To then 5 sets of

  • 30 seconds of strides (pick up pace)
  • 4m30s Easy Running

The picks should not be forced just longer strides concentrating on form over speed.

Finished with cool down pace and stretching.

Nice and easy
