50 Minutes Recovery Running Weird one legs tired and fatigued from Sundays hill session. Max pace was 9m30s miles how ever keeping a bit slower legs felt heavy and tired. When I went off pace including into 8m50s miles it felt easier. So no idea on what was happening.
