So with Clifford's Gym closed now to stop the spread of this Dodgy Disease. I have gone back to basics and started using TRX training ropes and dumbbells. Not the same as gym equipment but does give you a good workout. They do say a change is as good as a rest.

Rain Floods Gale Force Winds
Day 23 legs tired felt like lead so ended up walking 5 or so miles to loosen them off. Day 24 back on running, completely random route. Did a nice easy pace legs felt stronger. Mentally and physically feeling stronger everyday. Random route
